The trilogy of Magic Weirdos exhibitions curated by Sean Morris came to its conclusion at Backwoods Gallery in Melbourne a couple of weeks back, with the epic “Gold Blood”. A huge crowd, amazing art and live music saw the Weirdos saga end with some great vibes. James Jirat Patradoon’s crazy painted racing jacket took centre stage, in front of a mural by Ghostpatrol and Sean Morris.
The Backwoods alleyway crowd – with some fresh paint in the background by The Seven Seas. Booze from Sailor Jerry’s and Sapporo kept that alley packed until well into the evening.Melbourne band Cassius Clay stepped in and took things up several decibel levels with an awesome set in the Backwoods loft.
